Envirex® chain and scraper sludge collector systems are made from advanced materials and designed for long life and reduced wear. They offer a wide choice of components in a range of materials and sizes. Each system and its components is designed to meet the specific requirements of the installations, whether it's for a new construction or a retrofit installation.

A choice of three carrier chains is available, Enivrex® NCS720S, Envirex® HS730 loop chains and Envirex® 715SS stainless steel chains.

Drive arrangements include single or parallel units or right-angle units. Optional parallel units with cross collectors are available. Drive chains are available in moulded polymeric and stainless steel.

Driven sprockets are available in shallow and deep dish designs in split polyurethane bodies with replaceable tooth segments. Headshaft sprockets incorporate a chain saver rim and have captive keyways, eliminating set screw concerns.

Carrier chain sprockets are made from moulded polyurethane material with 76, 102 and 178mm through bores. Optional moulded UHMW, fabricated UHMW and segmented designs with cast iron or polyurethane hubs and a choice of polyurethane or UHMW teeth are available.

Envirex® systems are available with a choice of three basic styles of flights, Channel flights, Sigma Plus flights and Diamond flights. They are manufactured from pultruded fiberglass reinforced composite material.

Return tracks, wear strips and wear shoes are available to help reduce wear on the surfaces of the collector.

Shaft/bearings are available in a number of design options. Replacement components are available for shafting, including idler stub shafts, static shaft sleeve bearings and split or solid wall bearings.
