ADEPT Pure Water Ltd would like to introduce its I-on-x Exchange Cylinders which offer a range of vessel sizes and media types to suit Low Flow Rates from 100 Ltrs/Hr to 4,500 Ltrs/Hr with a Quality Range from <25uS/CM and 18.2 Mega Ohms. These versatile vessels can be used as Pre-filtration to Water Purification Systems such as Reverse Osmosis or De-Ionisation Equipment, polishing the water produced by other Water Purification Equipment or the main source of Water Purifification connected directly to the Mains Water Supply (subject to Local Water Regulations).
All I-on-x Exchange Cylinders are constructed using proven industrial material. Prior to
fi lling with media, the assembled Cylinders are pressure tested to > 5 Bar and rinsed with De-Ionised Water. Once this process is completed the Cylinder identifi cation label, Resin and Media production batch numbers and fi ll dates are recorded along with the serial number to ensure traceability.
To assist the Company’s Quality Statement, the I-on-x Exchange Cylinders are always filled with NEW virgin grades of Media and Purolite Ion Exchange Resin to ensure the required Water Quality with Low Rinse down is met every time an exchange is made.
When combined with a wall mounted Quality Water Meter, a simple Automatic System is produced achieving high water quality at a low price.
Once an I-on-x Exchange Cylinder is exhausted and returned, the Cylinder is inspected, media removed, vessel washed with De-Ionised water to remove impurities and is then re-fi lled with new media. The Exchange Service is a simple process normally made via a phone call, fax or email. Every effort is made to ensure the exchange is carried out within 2 working days of the date of request.
