Brackett Green® CF100® band screens offers the high level of screening efficiency that is essential to many industries. Jacopa's patented technology eliminates hair-pinning, with zero carry over. The free-standing CF100® unit uses a single motor, reducing power consumption and is also easy to install.

CF100® Band Screens are ideally suited for applications where screening to 2mm, 3mm or 5mm; flow requirements are from 50 to 1,500 L/s; and channel widths range from 0.70m to 2.50m.

Jacopa’s proprietary sizing technology and program software ensures proper sizing of screens for the control of critical entrance, screen and exit flow velocities while maintaining acceptable headlosses and plant hydraulics.
