Lightin® industrial batch mixers have process capacities up to 20,000 litres. Each mixer is supplied complete with 316 SS shaft and impeller.

All wetted parts are made from 316 stainless steel, and the robust aluminium housing is IP54 rated. A universal mounting clamp allows mixers to mount directly to a stand or tank rim. The optimal position for mixing can be located and repeated using the unique positioning and indexing system.

Two mixer types are available: standard direct drive mixers and high-torque gear drive mixers.

These batch mixers can be used in a wide range of applications. Direct drive models are suitable for small batch mixing or high-shear applications. Gear drive models can be selected for mixing large batches or more viscous liquids. Mixing shafts may be cut to suit tank depth.

All mixer drives have 230 VAC, 50Hz, three-phase TEFC motors. The mixer can be connected to a 230 VAC, three-phase supply for use as a fixed speed mixer, or inverters can be ordered for variable speed mixing.
