The use of shaftless spiral technology on all machines guarantees a reliability and reduced maintenance costs, even in the presence of difficult-to-handle solids.
After nearly a week of testing at the National Screens Evaluation Facility (NSEF), Jacopa's spiral screen achieved the best ever screenings capture ratio (SCR) results. A total of 12 SCR tests were completed, with Eimcos spiral screen successfully removing all gross solids (greater than 6mm in any two dimensions) from the flow, to achieve an SCR of 54%.
